The problem I have with italy is how its basically a fake country, its way too divided. My paternal side is 100% italian, it comes all from the north which is rare for an american. My grandmother almost dis owned my uncle for marrying a southerner woman (from napoli), she didn't even want to go to the wedding. That is how divided these people are. Not to mention all the different dialects.

I also dislike a lot of italian americans (95 % are southerner/sicilian). They see my last name and think I am one of them, I have almost nothing in common with wops.
