I suppose that makes sense. Considering the Paris deal breaks down into some goals to reduce carbon emissions and a lot of funding for poorer less developed nations (((for the purpose of))) battling climate change.

A lot of the money we send abroad through the Paris deal is apparently for educating local people. As if local Peasants have any serious impact on carbon emissions.

Paris deal is just another wrapped up aid package. It's government policy that reduces fossil fuel use, not surplus cash injected into the budget of some third world country.
