You are defining race in terms of facts: what skin color you perceive, what ethnicity a person has, national origin, etc. None of these things matter. Post-modernism has rejected facts, reason, logic, and objective reality as valid methods of determining truth.

In the mind of the post-modernist, truth is socially constructed. Their reality is built by consensus. They divide the world into largely arbitrary groups, deem some oppressed and others oppressors. Black people are an oppressed group in their minds, and can socially construct whatever definition for racism they want. Any attempt of yours to say otherwise is just evidence that you are an oppressor. Any attempt to use facts, reason, logic, etc, are irrelevant, as those are tools of oppression. You can point to a dictionary all you want. The dictionary is not a valid tool for the definition of words. The dictionary is only a tool of the system used to oppress people.
