I live in Northumberland, and besides from the Central Newcastle upon Tyne constitutency, there isn't one below 90% white that is within 100 miles of me. The map, as I said, is from the most recent census.

That map looks like a map of Labour constituencies, every inch of the UK is densley populated. You could go missing in the Lake District of Scottish Highlands for a few hours in the right area, but almost anywhere you stand (80% of the UK is farmlands, woodlands and villages anyway), there will likely be people within a mile.
