Libertarianism is a great idea. But I don't know one Libertarian that could lead a whole country. You know why? Because they are laid back people, or just crazy old men. They aren't strong aggressive people with powerful words. They are boring or weird.

Ron Paul ran in 2008 & 2012 -- two exceedlingy rare opportunities to elect an honest and courageous man as President. The failure of the American electorate to catapult him into office is both disgraceful and proof that democracy is a bad joke.

I don't think libertarianism has all the answers, but the whole world would've been better off in the Ron Paul timeline. Here's to you, Dr. Paul.
