Honestly though, I've met more good black people in Texas than in any other place I've been, and I've been all around the world to many different countries. - High temps consistently below 50 degrees from November through March, and below 30 for Dec/Jan/Feb.
- High temps consistently above 90 degrees from June through September.
- May and October are pretty nice though.

Basically fine if you can't stand people, going outside, trees, or shopping anywhere that isn't Walmart.

The whole state is a hotspot. I swear to god after the decade I'd lived there, I saw more sketchy things than you could imagine. NORAD is there, so I'm not sure if it's all "extraterrestrial", but spend a week or two camping in the middle of nowhere (I don't recommend going by yourself- mountain lions), and I promise you, you'll be bound to see something.
