There is actually good conspiracy theory about sinking of Titanic. It's sister ship Olympic collided with HMS Hawke. Damage was much more extensive than White Star Line admitted. Brand new Titanic was swapped to it's damaged sister and sunk to cover for insurance fraud. There were supposed to be rescue vessels awaiting for rescuing everyone.
