I live in a gate community that is mostly white with some asians and hispanics are that on par with white folk, clean, good jobs, quiet, not littering, keep to themselves with the occasional hello, no problems, no crime, no disturbance. A couple black families move in, one is refugees. All the sudden there are packages being ripped open, litter, reports of kids throwing rocks at my cat and other cats, nogs running by my home where these is no walkway. For what it's worth the parents all seem decent, it's their kids that are fucktards. Oh and a few lock downs because of nearby kids (from outside jumped over the wall) with fake but realistic looking guns. They ruin everything good. It's in their nature.
