I've had to do work in a hoarders house.

Funny thing was their basement as completely clean, nothing in it. Upstairs it was packed to the brim, only a path through it to get to the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms.

They had a teenager living with them and I was so tempted to CPS on their asses over it. But I didn't want to cause my friend to lose his tenants that paid on time and in full every month.
