I don't think there is a broad white American culture. There used to be a strong sense of identity about it, but ever since this country has pivoted to 3rd world standards, it's a weak identity.

I have a culture, and I'm a white American. But most white Americans have nothing to do with my culture. There are subcultures here, and sometimes strongly white groups are part of or exclusively in that subculture. But broadly speaking, the entire country is void of culture. And what we used to celebrate as being distinctly European about our collective identity isn't around anymore. while I agree that euro and white american/canadian's do have culture, they should do a better job of protecting it and not necessarily sharing every little thing. that's why black Americans (incorrectly) assume they have the social capital of possessing unique, in house developed all the best artifacts of city life.
