It's hard to tell how much of it is an act, but I haven't actually watched many of his videos. I think they're doing something sort of similar to the anime Serial Experiments Lain, although with much better and more coherent presentation. Poppy is portraying a "goddess of the internet" that people just mindlessly meme at. This video right here is portraying the merging of humanity and technology, and how unpleasant and strange that actually is. A lot of it is pretty surface though, I'd say, but the style makes up for it.

I see two meanings. One is that it's making fun of the "take the red pill" phrase, which in some sense is a modern "WAKE UP SHEEPLE!!!!11" and will probably not last very long.
The "would you eat this" phrase is asking the "redpilled" viewer if it's even a good idea to become plagued with understanding forbidden knowledge. It's a good question.
Ultimately, she acquiesces, portraying (female?) suggestibility.

She's intentionally ambiguous and confusing at times. It's essential to the feeling of watching her and her intrigue that allows her to better propagate sometimes fairly coherent messages.

I haven't looked into the illuminati stuff. I think it's probably just her making fun of illuminati conspiracy people who are hypersensitive to anything that might be illuminati symbolism, but all I've seen of it was her in the baphomet pose in that one video of hers.
