Don't listen to these people OP. It's a hard habit to break for sure, but don't give up. If your willpower is weak, build it up with smaller things first. Wake up early, make your bed, clean up your house/room and KEEP IT CLEAN, put things back immediately, work out, take a Scottish shower, start cooking, resist sweets and shit foods, quit caffeine, drink water only.
After a while when your self-disciplin has grown, then tackle porn addiction. Start by only vieing it once a week, then masturbate without it, then just quit, find a gf, have sex.

Habits are habits, some are good (being an aware driver for example) some ar bad (heroin).

Try to taper it off by creating small rules for yourself like

I will only consume porn on days off or on evenings before days off.

Once a new habit has formed you've broken the old one and youv'e learnt to re program yourself.

Also I forgot to mention: I used to take modafinil for enhanced focus. Since nofap I stopped taking it. I didn't even notice at first because my focus was so much better I forgot I wasn't taking it.
