it doesn't actually do anything, it just created a dozen bureaucracies that ""oversee"" banks, that are actually just filled with bankers, another revolving door. the few really good regulations were gutted in committee before it reached the Senate.
Goldman Sachs may get to lay off 3 people that dealt with the so-called oversight committees and maybe one or two lawyers. Democraps just want to believe they solved the problem for all time.
