There has literally never been a communist country, there has never been a stateless land where workers own the means of production and there is no class. Communist country is a contradiction because communist ideology says there are no states or countries in communism. There have been "socialist" Nations that have tried building communism from socialism but it didn't work very well do to incompetent leaders, sabotage, imperialist aggression, and revisionism.
