Moving the US Embassy to Jewrusalem would piss off the Palestinians because there haven't been any real official declaration that Jewrusalem is Israeli territory, technically it's still in dispute.
Moving the US embassy there would give the middle finger to the Palestinians and acknowledge that Israel is the rightful land claim on Jewrusalem.
