Why is The Netherlands going to copy the Swedish education model?

The Netherlands is like a schizophrenic, they keep jumping from one system to the next without any results.

For years Dutch school have tried to emulate the "international baccalaureate" with a bilingual approach.

Dutch schools use the three tier system:
TRADIE (don't even know the name)
PAPERWORK (HAVO)
EVERYONE ELSE (VWO)

they decide your caste at age five and it is stuck with you forever. if a dutch person says they're stupid, believe them because they sort that shit extra carefully over there.
