Just a waste of time and resources. Deep down, every nigger recognizes how much they depend on whitey. They just also know what faggot cucks most of us are who will take their abuse.

It makes sense to create a "safe zone" in a poor region, and then ripple effect some infrastructure, industry, ect to increase the safezones size.

The problem comes down to who will govern it. Many of the african countries have gotten in the mess that they are in because they are either corrupt or incompetent. This makes it difficult to justify funding their regimes.

We could get around this by, outsourcing our industry which is harmful in many ways, or by conquest.

If we want africa to be self sufficient like it was before we stole their best minds to make Hanes, we ultimately need to manage it ourselves with our own people. Imperialism is the correct path to globalism.

Yes Liberia is the answer to America's black problem.
As Liberia is totally corrupt, USA can buy anything there from the rulers so anything is possible.
All US aid can be concentrated there, 90% of which will be skimmed off by the rulers who like all Africans are tribal and corrupt, but at least 10% can be used to build some roads or power networks.

All US prisons can be outsourced to a US company operating in Liberia at a fraction of the cost of running them domestically.

Prisoners upon release must buy their own ticket back to USA (plus 1000% tax, so nobody can afford to do it).

"Stranded" prisoners can be offered citizenship of Liberia and perhaps allotted some land for them to build a mud hut on.

Dress this all up as "finishing the job our ancestors started" in making Liberia functional.

Talk about how Liberia plus American educated blacks can show Africa how to build a civilisation.

Wait 10 years until ebola wipes them all out.

Tbf Germany, Japan and South Korea are all examples of the US investing money and building up a nation and now they're economic super powers. Not saying Liberia will be but if it won't be after having billions thrown at it then leftists will have to doublethink twice as hard as usual.
