Outside of Detroit yes. Grand Rapids is one of the few really nice cities I can think of in terms of being pretty safe, family-friendly, etc. Illinois is similar, Chicago is the only part that degrades it.

I'm from Nebraska and for the most that's still our reality. We couldn't avoid the beaner invasion so a lot of physical labor is dominated by the super cheap labor force which just motivated whites to go to school. Low crime, high social trust is just a result of the not being overcome with muh diversity. We do have a shit ton of boomer cucks who think we live in a post racial world though.
