It's basically a self-employment scenario where you do Human Intelligence Tasks for requesters. The tasks themselves are pretty much things such as taking surveys or transcribing audio.

It pays in amazon funbux, but there's an option to link your bank account. The hits themselves pay like three cents to start off with, and go upwards of fifty cents once you pad your profile with completed hits.
