Economic warfare.
Our prices are always low and embargoes are impossible. In any given scenario, the German state dominates European trade and potentially even world trade.

Hardline pacifist.
No military self-defense. Even if you're ahead of the world you have to play very nice with one of the big guys, piss them off and invasion is certain.
