There are more users, and the ice users are more likely to commit crimes such as robbery and get into fights. Though its not as bad as the media shows it to be.

Overall crime in my area has decreased reasonably consistently, though arrests for violent crime and drug use are now a lager portion. though that might be due to letting people off with warnings for lesser drugs/charges more often, it gets quite difficult to send teenagers to 10+ years in jail when the guy who got into a bar fight and beat the other guy retarded gets like a 6 month suspended sentence.
Most criminals arent bad per-say, just in a shitty situation or doing something stupid.
