Here in my state of Oregon there are a ton of ranger positions all over the state and almost all of them have you sitting alone in a cabin for weeks at a time while you browse shitty internet and play video games. Yeah I spent whole summers playing with and learning Linux and the *BSDs (all 3 of them), sh, perl, C/C++, Scheme (read SICP), Ruby, SQL. My knowledge is getting old though and I'm not very productive. And completely uncertified. I'd probably have to learn C# or Java to do modern GUI work. Or maybe JS/node.js to do modern web app work. Yeah, I think that's the best choice nowadays. Using the same language both client-side and server-side is neat. Modern JS is a pretty good language. It's worth it to know it well for all you can do with it client-side. There doesn't seem to be much point to make traditional native apps anymore except in special cases. You can just do everything as a web app and it'll work everywhere.

Anyway I see that in Poland low-qualified job is demanded more and more nowadays. It's harder to find a good, reliable low-qualified worker than to find someone with, let's say a degree. Beside of IT, people are trying to get a 'nice' job, trying to be SOMEONE, but their earnings are kinda low, and they're working a lot without a comparable effect. 2500pln is considered often as a good salary.

I think it's because of ease of getting a degree here, there is a huge employee gap between wanabe high qualified workers after degree (many times they're just dumb but they've managed to get a degree somhow, also mental zeros xD), and mental zeros, degenerats, alcoholics and so on that have to be under constant control of labor camp kapo.

The result is that there is a huge concurrency between wanabe high-qualified, so salaries are getting lower.

problem with webdev is the market is over saturated, pajeets undercut for basic web design projects, a lot of the younger kids are making their own sites based off squarespace/wordpress templates and or know the basics taught in many media or design courses - which is usually more than sufficient for making professional looking websites.

Only work really left is as a fullstack dev for a firm or company - making web-apps or doing e-commerce related things for big business

Unless you go for fullstack dev certification, you will have a hard time finding work - and even still, competition is steep and its oversaturated.

Better off going Microsoft system admin certs or System Network/Security / Cisco certification if you want reliable employment.

There are people with college degrees working fast food. Personally I have applied for several different jobs that should not require a higher education. None of the jobs I ever got gave me any motivation to work any harder than the bare minimum not to get fired. If I bust my ass, and pack twice as many boxes in an hour at my last job then I get 0 extra dollars. 0, none, nada, nothing.

Not in training: I already have training in computers, and networking. That is the field I would like to work in. However getting additional training requires additional resources in time, and money. Even getting an entry level job working with computers is difficult because they all require experience.

It's not that I'm a NEET because I'm lazy. It's that I'm a NEET because there are too few opportunities out there. At least when I stay at home jerking off, I got something to show for it when I'm done...
