They aren't asking for help. The metropolitan ones are cucked, and the rural ones reject even white outsiders.
It's good to raise awareness, but you can't make the horse drink. Document all of this. Keep it in the back of your mind. Have the facts ready in case you're challenged. But nothing can be done if no one is asking for help in any organized manner.
