The largest nuclear bomb currently in the US' arsenal is the B83, which has a yield of about 1.2 Megatons of TNT equivalent. We have produced 650 of these. With maybe 20-30 of these delivered by B-2, the population of Israel could be reduced to 0.

In an all out war, rather than a police action, the US wins any opponent hands down. The question is how much the enemy could lob at us before being completely annihilated.
