no shit. To be a Taxi in some countries you need to pay a license that can be worth the price of a house. Uber not only doesn't need it, but it doesn't even consider the money as trade and isn't taxed half of what is required for anybody else.

Look at the vaping industry. Vaping in Austria is not faggotry (fedora, vaping new-male meme), peopple started doing it because they don't wanna die of lung cancer and it is (was) actually cheaper than tobacco. So the tobacco lobby intervened and went to daddy state, and now we have new EU laws that makes the whole thing more expensive than smoking cigarettes and you can't even buy the ingredients to mix juice yourself anymore.
