I deal with blacks and hispanics far more than I do whites, Id say it breaks about 50%/30%/20% respectively.

I dont particularly consider myself racist, but I do have to be realistic when it comes to race. Although, I find myself becoming less tolerant of the typical ghetto behaviour due to overexposure. My partner who has been working for a way longer period of time is unabashedly racist while we're out of uniform and in good company.

Well, yes and no. We understand that blacks cause a lot of problems, particularly since BLM took roots here and got them emboldended. Ive shot and killed someone, I cant particularly say I enjoyed it nor want to do it again, the whole experience kind of sucked.

Well if you mean MP as Military Police, I can say you'd probably hate the military and federal law enforcement game. Fed is VERY political and far less concerned with solving crimes (save for ones that make them look REALLY good) plus your going to have a supervisor that wont know dick about your job and what you do, let alone your name.

I'd honestly suggest looking at another career field if you dont like authority. With State and county LE you get some good leeway (dependant on your record and department size) but you still answer to a shift supervisor. Now, if your dead set on LE, and can deal with it for a while and not be a total fuckup, you can make detective and have a fairly casual sort of command structure and do some real work that excludes traffic enforcement.

Absolutely.

The one female officer I worked with had absolutely no sense of tact, when to escalate, what type of force to use and when (she defaulted to a taser most of the time), and could not for the life of her hold her own in a fight.
