Nowhere in the bill does it say to stop non-christians. It allows for rejections based on religious grounds. Because these adoption services are doing a public good, the state helps to fund them.

Queers, Muslims, and assorted degenerates were looking to destroy these religious adoption services via lawsuits. The Texas House just passed a bill to make it illegal to do that. Now the bill has to pass in the state senate.
