When it comes to the rate at which climate is getting warmer I think it is natural.
Scientists say we have no records of a previous change that significant, but they are talking about an average of millions of years compared to an yearly average.

It might be a natural thing to first freeze tons and tons of organic matter and then dramatically release methane that accumulated.

I see no reason why it would not happen before.

Methane is much worse than co2 and it ise being released all at once from the surface of a Northern hemisphere that is bigger on the north.
