If I want a Sig550 you fill out a shall issue permit and have to pay something like 50chf for 3 weapons. No reason, nothing needed. You can still buy a K31 and any not semi automatic weapon over the counter by presenting a recent WES or Strafregisterauszug. The WES part is only relevant for semi automatic weapons.

On the WES permit there's a a part where it says I want to buy weapons for a other reason then hunting, sport or collecting...
you just leave it blank no matter what you want to do with the weapon because only a retard would write something like
