What about ancestor worship, it promotes respect for tradition, family and heritage. Combine that with hero mythology and you're set

Native European religions were just that.

Native European religions were primarily Ancestors, Folk Heros, and Gods afaik. Festivals and Sacrifices
It's pretty sad that the influence of christianity and pisslam, both sandnigger religions pretty much put a complete halt on the development of animist civilizations. They could have developed such an awesome culture, now the only pagans left in the world are in the armpits of Africa, South America and some fragments in the Moluccas.

Japan, India, China, Korea, and Most of South East Asia still have their native Pagan religions

Japan, China and Korea are not pagan at all. Their native religion, shinto, confucianism and many other forms of buddhism are all classified under eastern. Hinduism is not pagan and most of Southeast Asia outside of some tribes in the Philippines and Indonesia are all Buddhists or muslims.
