Oil is a thing of yesterday and it's the only leverage Russia has, so you will be taken care of through economic attrition. All of those things have an impact on how traditionalism is perceived by extension; it's not a good influence, and western conservatives don't do themselves any favors either by allying with losers like the oil/coal industry and so on.
