Yeah the redpilling usually starts once you have to pay taxes. The bachelor and master students I supervise are completely useless retards in non-physics related things but as soon as people have to pay taxes the amount of "redpilled" people also increases.

I'd say students are liberal retards around 90% of the time while it goes down to 50% once they have a job at uni (like phd student or above). That being said, the number of liberals is still too high of course but it still gives you hope.

In terms of non-work related things foreigners are more redpilled yes, most Germans are a clusterfuck there. But in terms of work-ethic, Germans trump them all on average. While the Chinese of Japanese worker bee might slave away 2-3 hours a day more than you do, the German usually does in 4-5 hours what the Asian needs 7-8 hours to do. Females are another story though, they also take fucking long as hell. After seing so many bachelor and master students, Germans and international ones, I can say that German males really get shit done in 95% of the time when it comes to work while 90% of the foreigners barely reach "meh" tier.

We once had a chinese elite student, literally the top10 candidate of their top uni from that year (they also get better grades when the parents are rich, send their kids to europe/US for better education, steal info and go back to China, literally, srs). Still, he ranked top10 for China in Physics that year. This guy was worse than the average German bachelor student in literally everything, teamwork, social skills, general communication and planning, subject related knowledge, you name it, and had english skills of a German school kid in grade 10 or 11.

Yes and no. Mostly people tend towards commie believes because they literally have no idea about economy and human nature.
