Its literally not happening, I assure you. Maybe its because many of you arent from commiefornia where as i was raised in this festering pile of shit. Bike lock guy will plea down, serve minimal time, and pay a huge fine along with community service and probation for 3 years.

Career criminals dont serve 40 years on a armed robbery attempt. Niggers on grand theft auto charges and running into police cars serve 40 years here. To say hes "looking at 40 years" is pure wishful thinking.

They always throw some absurd number out and then the guy pleas his way into a more fitting sentence. 18 months. 3 years probabtion. 4k fine. 250 hours community service. He'll be out in less that a year on good behavior. The "40 year" meme is just posturing by prosecutors, who, if tried hard enough could pull out some 'by the book' excuse to charge a jay walker with 400 years and the death penalty. Its all for show kiddos.
