Smoking is so fucking degenerate. Just keep in mind that there are heavy metals in cigarettes. Cadmium, lead, aluminum, nickel, etc. are in cigarettes. Smoking has a higher absorption rate of toxic metals than simply ingesting them.

Accumulation of such toxic metals have a definite negative effect on not just the body, but the brain. People who smoke are more likely to be violent, angry, and just all over degenerate.

I guess categories work like this but that's not how the body works. Big difference between chain smoking and weekend smoking for example - but both are "smoking". You'd be amazed, just wanting to hold a cigarette can compel some people to fail. Eventually, you will realise that you don't actually need one each time you get stressed. You find a new way of dealing with stress.

No. I quit and I feel better. I still miss it, because I have a lot of memories associated with it, but it wasn't worth destroying my lungs, heart, skin, and so on. I also only felt it was comfy sometimes, mostly it was just exhausting, would ruin a perfectly good morning feeling fresh from sleep, and would only alleviate my stress on certain occasions. I still chew nicorette, once in a while (harm reduction).

In hardly any states, they phased it out because of second-hand smoke risks. It's annoying when people think walking past someone smoking will kill them faster than allowing diversity into the country. My home state allows smoking in casinos. We have beer gardens like this too, especially in SF, NYC, et cetera. I had to quit drinking and stay out of the bars too.
