You can get 13.5 g of proteins just from 100 g oats. And you can get 39 g of proteins from 100 g red lentils. So you really do not need to eat a lot from it. Yes, you need to cook the lentils/beans, but otherwise I mostly eat raw.

You need your vitamin B12, you need vitamin D (preferably from the sun). You should not eat too much fruit (because of fruit sugar), but a lot of vegetables. Also, it is important to get the right ratio of carbohydrates, proteins and fat.

You may have insensitivities against certain types of food.

In addition, your body needs time to adapt to the new nutrition. When you go vegan raw food, your body needs time to adapt, it can take months or even years. The reason is, raw vegan relieves your digestive system so much that it finally has the time to detox your body and get rid of all the toxics that you aggregated - in the long-term this is a good thing.

Was born with a severe case of Pectus Excavatum (sunken chest), so severe that it had reduced my lung size and compressed my heart.

Went to doctor when I was 15 and was told to wait 7-9 years, which is not only an extremely long wait period but its fucking dangerous!
Your ribs get harder with time and so the operation becomes more risky and painful the older you become, it also makes your lungs less likely to grow to normal size.

Since my dad is Danish I decided to try to visit the doctor in Denmark instead.
Told him upfront that I'm not a Danish citizen, he said it's no problem and signed me up for an operation in Aarhus - 3 weeks waiting period.

Nothing that needed immediate attention, thankfully, but a followup MRI was in order. I called the nearest place and they had a convenient spot open in about two weeks, so pretty similar to if I wanted to make a dental appointment.

Insurance was a breeze. There was some paperwork by mail and then a couple months later I finally got around to sending a check.

Swedish health care, social services etc are pretty terrible. The infrastructure is alright at the moment but becomes shittier every day. Rich people in Sweden usually have private health insurance because the public health care is so terrible. The public health care isn't free either, it costs several hundred crowns every time you go to the hospital (unless you're a refugee). But even if you have a private health insurance you still have to pay for the public one, so you have to pay for the same shit twice.

Sweden still has good cutting edge medicine, so if you had cancer or some fatal illness (and you're younger than 60) you're probably lucky to be in Sweden. But if you have a chronic illness, need a routine surgery etc, forget it. You're better off just moving abroad or paying for it from your own pocket. Unless you're an undocumented immigrant of course, because then you can get undocumented health care for free.
