I can see it already. Scheer and Trudope will be "debating" and all of Le weed man's arguments will be ---The CURRENT YEAR---- or "That's what Harper said".

It doesn't matter how good he might be. Hell, he might have a practical plan to save Canada for all we know. But being labeled Harper 2.0 will kill his chances in a country where you've got a long uphill battle to win votes from liberal strongholds.

I watched and studied some of Scheer's speeches. He's a nice guy, innocent baby face, family man (5 white kids), religious Christian, etc. He's young (38). He was the youngest speaker of the House.

But there in lies the problem. He has no charisma. He looks soft. He's pro-gun, pro-Israel, anti-marijuana, anti-M103 (he's still pro-Islam, he just wanted all faiths protected), anti-C16, etc.

That translates to Trudeau winning. Trudeau will get the following votes:

>Minority vote (the Chinks, Pakis, Indians, Africans, etc will always vote Lib, especially since Trudeau has half his cabinet as women/Turban wearing Sikhs/Muslims to virtue signal)
>Muslim vote (Libs will portray him as anti-Muslim due to his opposition to the Islamophobia motion)
>Women vote (literally Trudeau's hair, plus he's "hot" and women vote for Trudeau literally because he's "hot". Also Trudeau has maximum virtue signalling value, where Scheer, while Tall/"cute", is seen as anti-progressive and he won't get the white female vote outside of some hardcore right Christian women)
>LGBT2Q+ vote (anti-C16, he lost every single vote there)
>SJW vote (Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, comprising of over half of Canadas population) are all progressive shitholes that almost always get washed red/Liberal
>Quebec, while Scheer speaks French fluently, he's not from Quebec so quebecors don't see him as one of their own; in fact he's Albertan, and the quebecois hate western Canada. Mad Max was clever in that he was able to get support both from the Quebecois and from Alberta.

The other problem is turn out. Scheer is pro-immigration, pro-Islam, etc. That will turn off a lot of hardcore conservatives and they won't ever voting.

Scheer is fucked. He literally has 0 chance of winning unfortunately against Trudeau and the Liberal election machine.

Scheer's actual policies aren't that terrible, they're mostly milder versions of Bernier's and he's more skeptical of free trade with Chyna. Problem is I don't trust him to actually follow through on any of them, and he has annoying socon baggage that the CBC will blast non-stop for the next 2 years.
