Could it be our answer to our energy needs?
Or is it simply to dangerous?
And is there something they aren't telling us?

It is dangerous if you are fucking retarded.
Two main accidents were Chernobyl and Fukushima. First one happend because of the the safety violation while conducting a test, the second happened because you should not place nuclear power plants near the shore if you have tsunamis and earthquakes every 10-15 years.
if LFTRs worked thats would be the best solution
Look ethnicity of the heads the Atomic Energy Commission and you have your answer. The one time there wasn't a kike in charge of nuclear power, Kennedy almost shoah'd Dimona, until he was shoah'd himself. Nuclear makes oil irrelevent, and with it US interest in the region.
All it takes is one muhammad

it's perfectly safe on paper, but you have chaos injected with humans and environmental conditions

If you do electrostatic right, you can create perpetual motion.
>>127369192
Safe, but somehow retards end up in charge of things.

It's so cheap and effective. It's why liberals hate it.

russian subhumans shouldn't be in charge of nuclear reactors, i agree with you
>>127371961
It is not how it works. Every plant has a thick defense system, nothing unusual goes in, nothing unusual goes out(at least here, not sure about the west). And even if he manages to get through, which he wont, he'd still would not be able to get to the reactor, maximum - cooling carbon rods, which are protected and it isimpossible to destroy them all at once..
Are you guys really this ignorant?

it's a leaf.
>>127372447
Not russians, rather commies, because even if the engineers are saying it is dangerous it is ignored because the party said that you have to do it the way they told you.
There are like five threads on this right now.
fuck off, shill

>Chernobyl
>disabled standard cooling system
>backup cooling system (that they weren't even sure worked yet) required reactor to be at certain power output
>emergency shutdown rods would actually increase reactor output for the first 1/3 of the way in
>overrode all sorts of emergency shutdown things just to continue the test
>had 2 shift changes during the middle of the test. The new people coming in weren't properly briefed on what was going on either.
That was truly the dumbest shit.
