You'd have an easier time listing where it went right and there are a few places that it did.
She got Trump to attack the Khan family which was a stupid move on his part and he just kept doing it rather than ignoring them.
She managed to get the DNC to rig the primaries in her favor which at least got her the nomination. I don't think she would have without that.
Beyond that, she fucked up at every possible turn.
