Actually I don't think moving here will be hard for you. Getting any job with reasonable salary might be a problem though because right now we're raided by ukrainian immigrants and its pretty hard to get a job. But if have some savings you can buy two flats here, live in one and rent the second. In general you'll need at least 8k $ to buy SMALL flat ( like really small, you know in America everything is bigger).
