How real is this? If tobacco is illegal there then why would the inmates let camera crews film them selling it and smoking it? The inmates seem to reveal a lot of information in this video. Not sure if I can trust this.

Iirc, in one of those prison documentaries a guard explained they don't mind petty contraband, it keeps inmates busy and they can use it to better control prisoners by taking it away if they misbehave.
