What I realized is that things will just get shittier and shittier for the white working class. The American government mandates diversity quotas for companies in the US, so businesses are obliged to employ unqualified minorities over whites. However, they tend to hire associates and minorities in the subordinate positions to meet their diversity requirement, so if you are applying for, let's say, a CEO or manager position, this diversity quota doesn't affect you negatively because the companies know not to put a dumb minority in such an potent position.
