Okay, that one's pretty obvious. In any conflict, you should be prepared for a code-red European situation in which the cops don't get involved or target you instead. Given that it's a jihadi attack or a riot, there should be enough chaos that you'll go for the most part undetected. Where I am, I am allowed to own guns and carry them in public. During an attack, I'm going to be opening fire on the Jihadis I see.
