back in October the Obama government admitted to improper handling of classified info
they used the FISA courts to surveil non us citizens who were speaking to us citizens
But the names of US citizens are supposed to remain secret, however cia or fbi can request to "unmask" these names for a variety of reasons that they must present to an official to approve but the info remains secret and can't be just shown to everyone.
The Obama Admin shared this info pretty widely which is extremely illegal
anyway In october, in likely anticipation of hillary's certain victory, they admitted everything thinking that hillary would just make it all go away.That is not going to happen now, obviously. Mike Flynn is one such citizen that was unmasked in this way, but there are potentially hundreds or even thousands of others. People can FOIA request the government to find out if they were ever surveiled and unmasked, and if so they have legal standing to sue the united states government for monetary damages

All of this political upheaval is making so much more sense now. Obama and the Democrats broke lots of fucking laws. And frankly, this stuff, while important, is only part of the coverup. the whole panda being a code word is kinda adding up at first glance... to something. maybe nsa. maybe.

the fbianon links to stratfor are not related to current topics, they are just being referenced by to show you examples of what messages might look like.

it's called steganography, hiding a secret or coded message in plain sight of something totally ordinary. i knew about this kind of stuff vaguely, like in a hollywood spy script kind of way, but i really had no idea it was used in field by real agents. really opens my eyes to so many things i might have missed. will revisit old material to spot.

that said, i also add that "pandas" is the name of a data analytics library for the python programming language. this was Seth's actual job at the DNC. i don't know if his love for pandas is the software, then becoming actual panda bears, or the other way around. maybe he was involved in developing the library and had an influence on its name. i doubt it's important.
