A friend of mine told me to come here to discuss politics, i've heard alot about this website, and just looking at some of the material here is quite repulsive.
The anti muslim rhetoric needs to stop. I understand everyones concern in regards to the recent attack in Manchester, but you must realize that this is just one individual, most muslims are not suicide bombers otherwise we wouldn't have any muslims. The problem with this kind of racism is that you're taking a minuscule sample to represent that vast majority which is simply not an accurate representation.
Do you know the magnitude of the anti islamic atmosphere going on in Europe now? Muslims who have nothing to do with this are suffering because of everyones ignorance, its atrocious. Even as a Jewish man myself i have the heart to see this and wouldn't ever hate a muslim for their faith just because some crazy guy somewhere decided to do something irrational, just think about that.
We need to be better than this, terrorism will get worse if we just start to bash all muslims, it can potentially radicalize the ones who before wouldnt ever think about it.
The only way to combat this is by learning to live in peace with one another. We can not just take muslims out from our society, we must ALL learn how to coexist, not just some of us, but ALL of us. Not everyone is a white nazi so lets work towards a world where we all can live in.

I agree, until we all combat racism this problem will never cease. I used to think it was a problem with "all muslims" but it's far more nuanced than that. We have an important role here ourselves to not take the same route as the extremists in our approach to this matter.
