The Republic of Ireland has chosen to forge its own destiny. If that is what they want, I commend them. I will always consider them good Anglos though and hope for the best for them. Unfortunately, they're a difficult people (like the Scots), and will generally dislike the British (but not other Anglo nations).

I just looked up where Anglos, Aryans, and Celts came from. It's almost the same place.

Aryans - North Germany
Anglos - Mid/South Germany
Celtics - South Germany / Austria / Switzerland

Gaelic is a subset of Celtic. Gaelic culture originates in Ireland, and spread to Ireland and Mann during the Middle Ages. This is versus the Brittonic Celtic culture from which Welsh and Breton come from, or the continent Gauls.
