i like refugees unless theyre muslim

Because they destroyed this country letting the Hungarians in started our downward spiral towards Europeanising our nation
No more imperial system, I have to hear the, say Celsius on TV
They tried to get rid of our monarchy
Changed our flag, changed our anthem, changed our holiday names
All this started literally a decade into European immigration

No because we used imperial for 500 years
We used metric since the 1970's and even then we only changed officially partially to metric. It makes no sense we should go back to miles and Fahrenheit, everything else is imperial anyway it's just a hassle.
When I went to get my ID and the woman asked for my height in cm I didn't know it, neither did she she had to google it to Covert my height. It's a waste of time

Nations are not charities. I am taxed high enough already, and I don't want a single fucking dime going to someone who isn't a Canadian citizen.

Refugees are destitute. They bring no wealth with them.
Refugees are unskilled. They cannot earn a living.
Refugees are uneducated. They cannot operate in modern society.
Refugees do not speak English or French, making it impossible to teach them anything.
Refugees are often illiterate, even in their own language.
Refugees do not understand western culture, and are often overtly hostile towards our basic tenets of belief.
Refugees fail to assimilate, even after massive amounts of money are spent trying to teach them.
Unassimilated minorities form ethnic ghettos, as can be seen all over Europe.
Ethnic ghettos are breeding grounds for crime terrorism.

Refugees are an overwhelming net negative for western societies. If people want to help refugees, they should do so of their own volition using money out of their own pockets instead of using government to force citizens to pay for something that is overwhelmingly negative with tax dollars.
