I've met people that are a lot more liberal than me but I've had good discussions with them on politics.

I went to work with a guy who was more on the left and we used to have civil discussions sometimes he would agree with me sometimes me him.
I can understand those people who are true left wingers but i can never understand liberals, they have a mental illness.

i had regular debates with a friend of a friend who was the total political opposite. he supported bernie but would have rather that clinton won over trump. he was also totally opposed to brexit. debates were always reasonably calm and rational, but i always "won" since brexit and trump both happened
