That isn't how you measure whether or not a country is successful, you utter retard. Switzerland has the best living standards in Europe, strong infrastructure, good social cohesion which prioritizes Swiss culture, etc.

Nazi Germany could've defeated the Soviets had the British not gotten involved. Countries like Romania were helping the Germans because they realized that the British wouldn't come to help them, and they would become victims of Communism if they didn't pick a side.
