It's really simple:
1.) Manchester was purposefully done on anniversary of Rigby
2.) London was probably done purposefully on first anniversary of brusssels.
3.) Munich doesn't fit here, because it wasn't a terror act by islamists, but a schoolgirl running amok and shooting his classmates because he was mobbed by them.

No conspiracy, no groundshaking discovery.
