There is no need to know the relationship, the specic array of genes, or how many cocks ur mum suckd.
You simply need to apply artificial selection after the fact, given it is sustained over enough generations ( 3-20 depending on how intrusive the measures are ), the target behaviour will become statistically insignificant.
